What we collect

When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, company (if you provide it), what your enquiry is about and your message.

If you email or call us, we process the details you choose to share.

Why we process it

We use the data to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to respond to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you become a client, we process the data to perform our contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and to meet legal requirements such as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(c)).

Who processes it for us

We use a few suppliers (data processors) that handle data on our behalf:

• Vercel – hosts the website. Processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs.
• Resend – delivers contact form messages to us, sending from servers in the EU (Ireland).
• Google – our email, where messages are received and stored.

Vercel, Resend and Google are US companies. Transfers to the US are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.

If you become a client, we keep the data for as long as we work together and then for as long as the law requires, for example seven years for accounting records.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Contact us using the details above and we'll help.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking technology. That's why there's no cookie banner.

Our font is served from our own server, so your browser doesn't contact any third parties when you visit.
